COLUMBUS, Ohio -- For the first time this season, the GNC: Beat Average Player of the Week award goes to a player outside of the OCC and City League. Worthington Christian's Jay Joseph takes home the honors after racking up an astounding 78 percent of all votes in last week's poll.
Joseph wins the award after scoring a career-high 36 points vs. Northmor in a win on Dec. 30.
Joseph becomes the first player from the Mid-State League to win the GNC: Beat Average Player of the Week award this season.
