Announcing the All-OCC teams as picked by 270 Hoops

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- We continue our All-OCC teams with a look at the Central and Ohio divisions. Two conferences with big-time players, the following leagues are stacked with talent. Take a look at our picks for each league below.

OCC-Ohio MVP and Underclassman of the Year

Jeremiah Francis

So. PG, Pickerington Central

The only player in the OCC to win MVP and Underclassman of the Year, Francis has been absolutely terrific in what appears to be a league championship season for Pickerington Central. A dominant ball-handler and scorer that shows up against the most elite of competition, Francis is the reason for the Tigers' undefeated record in league play. The sophomore guard has also be instrumental in big non-league wins over Newark, Westerville South, Northland and Groveport. Francis leads all Tigers with 15.6 points per game.

Dane Goodwin

Jr. SG, Upper Arlington

Leading all Central Ohio players in scoring this season, Goodwin has been utterly dominant in leading Upper Arlington to first place in the OCC-Central. Averaging 27.1 points per game, Goodwin has been the epitome of consistency this season, as the Ohio State commit surpassed 1,000 career points early in January, a testament to just how good he's been since his freshman season. Goodwin's top performance of the season came against Westerville South, as he hit eight threes to finish with a career-high 35 points.

OCC-Central Co-Underclassmen of the Year

Max Martz

So. SF, Upper Arlington

Dominiq Penn

Fr. PG, Dublin Coffman

Two equally deserving underclassmen who have been stellar this season, Martz and Penn take home our Underclassman of the Year award. Martz has been the perfect complimentary piece for Goodwin this season, putting up 11.1 points per game, including 20 against Westerville South, highlighted by the game-winning three.
