COLUMBUS, Ohio -- We have a winner of the first-ever GNC: Beat Average Player of the Week. Receiving 40 percent of the 3,005 votes, Grove City Christian senior point guard Matt Bailey takes home the honors for week one.
Putting up 23.5 points per game in six quarters of action for Grove City Christian, Bailey sparked a 4-0 start for the Eagles that culminated with a 79-77 win at Harvest Prep on Friday.
Bailey is currently sixth in the area in scoring at 22.2 points per game.
