Division I

#7 Reynoldsburg 75, #46 Franklin Heights 23

Reynoldsburg advances to the sectional finals to take on #45 Whetstone on Saturday at 1 PM. 

#25 Hilliard Darby 49, #34 Licking Heights 36

Hilliard Darby advances to the sectional finals to take on #2 Olentangy on Saturday at 7 PM. 

#12 Westerville South 56, #40 Mount Vernon 34

Westerville South advances to the sectional finals to take on #39 Independence on Saturday at 1 PM. 

#6 Upper Arlington 61, #38 Central Crossing 20

Upper Arlington dismantled Central Crossing in Wednesday's sectional semifinal. UA outscored the Comets 25-7 over the final two frames to take home the win. 

The Golden Bears jumped out to 18-3 lead early in the first quarter and never looked back. After one, they held a 25-3 lead thanks to tenacious defensive pressure which forced many turnovers and nine points from Elizabeth Hunt. 

Central Crossing put together several solid offensive possessions in the second quarter thanks to a couple of three pointers but Lucy Martin came alive for UA to thwart any chance of a Comets' run. She tallied four threes in the first half, pushing UA to a 36-13 lead heading into halftime.

UA cruised in the second half, outscoring the Comets 21-2 in the third period alone. The fourth quarter featured a running clock but Central Crossing was able to outscore UA 5-4 thanks to gritty play from Savanah Hamilton.

Martin led led Upper Arlington with 17 points and Elizabeth Hunt added 18. Tatum Thrush scored six points but added seven rebounds, five steals and four assists. Hamilton scored eight for Central Crossing. 

The Golden Bears advance to the sectional finals to take on #35 Dublin Scioto on Friday at 6 PM.
