We take a look at the latest power rankings in Division II heading into Week 2

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Let's take a look at our latest Division II power rankings after another week of basketball.

1. Bishop Ready (2-0): Ready moves up to the No. 1 spot in the Division II rankings with a big win on the road at Briggs on Saturday. The Silver Knights will travel to No. 5 Jonathan Alder on Tuesday for a tough test, before traveling to Marysville this weekend.

2. Bishop Watterson (0-1): Watterson dropped their first game of the year on Monday at Westerville Central, but can get back to the winning side of things with two games this weekend. The Eagles will take on St. Charles to start CCL play, before hosting Big Walnut on Saturday.

3. Bishop Hartley (1-0): Hartley kicked off its season with a great road win at Granville last week. The Hawks have two tough north side challenges on the docket this week with a road matchup at Northland on Wednesday and its CCL opener at home against DeSales on Saturday.

4. Linden-McKinley (1-1): Linden-McKinley picked up a great City League crossover win over Eastmoor Academy last Saturday. The Panthers were up big at halftime before allowing the Warriors back into the game. They'll be active in City League play this week with a road matchup at rival East on Tuesday and a Friday home game against International.

5. Jonathan Alder (2-0): First year coach Derek Dicke has Jonathan Alder playing at their normal form through two games. The Pioneers could make a major early season statement if they're able to knock off top-ranked Bishop Ready on Tuesday.

6. Buckeye Valley (2-1): New roster, doesn't matter. Buckeye Valley is competitive once again and has its only loss at the hands of undefeated Division I Delaware Hayes. The Barons will travel to North Union for a road test on Tuesdsay before hosting Worthington Christian on Saturday.

7. Bexley (2-2): Bexley dropped two games last week against Worthington Christian and Columbus Academy. The Lions will look to get back on track with a road game at London, before hosting Wellington to end the week.

8. River Valley (2-1): River Valley will be one of the more offensively exciting teams in the area. They picked up a great home win over North Union on Monday, and can add two more MOAC wins to its resume against Ontario and Pleasant this week.

9. Eastmoor Academy (0-1): The Warriors are young and inexperienced, but they play hard and have a lot of heart. That will serve them well this week, with two challenging matchups on the road against Walnut Ridge and South.

10. Johnstown (1-2): Johnstown has a great win over Worthington Christian on its resume, which lands them in the top 10 this week. They can get above .500 with two LCL tests against Granville and Lakewood at home this week.
