This week's poll will go on through Wednesday. You can vote each day. The player with the most votes will win Player of the Week!

The Nominees

Evan Dozer (Bloom-Carroll): 81 points and 25 rebounds in three wins for the Bulldogs this week over Granville, Logan Elm and New Lexington. According to box scores submitted to 270 Hoops, Dozer is the top scorer of all players in the area and is a vital reason Bloom-Carroll is our top ranked team in Division II.

Ajay Sheldon (Dublin Coffman): Scored a career-high 38 points in a win against rival foe Upper Arlington on Friday night. The Ohio University commit followed with a 31-point performance in a close loss against Africentric on Saturday.

Dior Conners (Pickerington North): After the Panthers were off for nearly two weeks, Connors returned with excellent back-to-back performances. The senior scored 34 points in a win against New Albany on Friday and followed with 25 points the next day in a win versus Eastmoor Academy. Conners and the Panthers are tied in first with Gahanna in the OCC-Ohio.

Dailyn Swain (Columbus Africentric): The junior had a massive all-around game in a win against Dublin Coffman, scoring 28 points along with 11 rebounds, 8 blocks and 7 assists. Swain received an offer from Virginia Tech after the game. He also scored 19 points in a 45-point win over Marion-Franklin on Tuesday.

Drey Carter (Westerville South): The Wright State commit continued his strong senior season with a 32-point performance in an overtime win over crosstown rival Westerville Central on Saturday. Carter had 20 points the night before against league foe Canal Winchester.

Kiki McElrath (Bishop Hartley): The junior scored 21 points in a win over conference rival Bishop Ready Thursday night and then added 19 points in a win over Olentangy Berlin Saturday. McElrath has helped lead the Hawks to an undefeated 9-0 start.

Sophie Spolter (Columbus Academy): Scored 27 points in a win against Whitehall to eclipse 1,000 career points. Also helped lead the Vikings in a two-point win over Columbus School for Girls.

Beth Hardwick (Cardington): Made a game-winning three pointer at the buzzer and scored 20 points over Northmor which extended Cardington's win streak in the KMAC to 63. That streak was extended to 64 after Hardwick scored 15 points in a win over East Knox on Saturday.
