Bishop Hartley advances to the sectional finals to take on No. 6 Bloom-Carroll on Friday at 7 p.m.

#9 South 70, #18 Licking Valley 55

South advances to the sectional finals to take on No. 10 Granville on Friday at 7 p.m.

#15 Centennial 56, #16 Horizon Science Academy 53

Centennial advances to the sectional finals to take on No. 2 DeSales on Friday at 7 p.m.

#4 Heath 73, #21 London 59

Heath advances to the sectional finals to take on No. 14 Eastmoor Academy on Friday at 7 p.m.

#12 River Valley 77, #17 Columbus East 58

Behind 21 big points from senior Ethan Bell and another 18 off the bench from Carson Smith, River Valley took down East 77-58 on Tuesday.

East High kept in close in the first half, trailing by only three at halftime, but the talent of River Valley came through and defeated a tough-minded and a gritty Tiger team.

Sophomore Caeden Swanson was the best for East, finishing with 19 points (16 in the first half) while junior Kwalee Woods-Law led the team with 21 points.

River Valley advances to the sectional finals to take on No. 5 Buckeye Valley on Saturday at 7 p.m.

Bishop Watterson advances to the sectional finals to take on No. 7 Linden-McKinley on Friday at 7 p.m.

#3 Beechcroft 85, #20 Marion-Franklin 65
