Jayvon Maughmer (6'5 W / Chillicothe): In the school as far south as you can go in the Central District tournament, Maughmer is a diamond in southern Ohio, as the 6-foot-5 wing has incredible upside. A rangy and athletic wing with a ton of ability, Maughmer was terrific on Saturday with Mid Ohio Pumas Beard, playing an efficient brand of ball as he was able to score in a variety of ways, rebound, defend and make an impact all over. Looking the part of a big-time athlete, Maughmer got to show off a bit in the second half, taking a steal at mid court and throwing down a powerful one hand slam. With the graduation of his older brother Brandon Maughmer, who was arguably the most underrated guard in 2018, look for Jayvon to have a chance to light it up for the Cavaliers this winter. Earning his first Division II offer this weekend, you can expect that list to grow as more programs become familiar with him.

Paul Burris (6'6 WF / Delaware Hayes): Each year there are a few juniors who breakout after not making a whole lot of noise as underclassmen. Burris just might be one of those guys this year as the 6-foot-6 wing was a stud in our viewing of his Mid Ohio Pumas Staib squad. Putting on 15 pounds of muscle, Burris played a physical brand of ball, using his length to rebound with toughness, while also finishing through contact on the other end. On a Delaware Hayes team that desperately needs a consistent third scoring option outside of Terin Kinsway and Nate Griggs, Burris should undoubtedly be that guy this year, as he could end up earning all-OCC honors when its said and done.

Gage Keys (6'5 PF / Hilliard Davidson): While Keys' future is more than likely on the gridiron at the Division I level, he can still play some basketball. A powerfully built 6-foot-5 forward who plays with a mean streak, Keys was dominant for stretches as he helped lead Mid Ohio Pumas to a win. A physical inside presence who moves people around with his thick frame, Keys scored and rebounded at a high level on Saturday. Perfectly fitting what Davidson likes to do on the hardwood, look for Keys to have a strong junior season as this team should be able to compete atop the OCC-Central.

Jack Santa-Emma (5'10 PG / Jonathan Alder): There are only a few players per class who are coaches on the floor and for Santa-Emma, he is one of them. A crafty point guard who plays with great pace and awareness, Santa-Emma was arguably the day's top distributor in our viewing of him with Mid Ohio Pumas Staib. Finding open teammates and handling pressure with ease, Santa-Emma knew what to do each time he got into the lane, which happened quite often on Saturday. On a Jonathan Alder team ripe with quality guards, look for Santa-Emma to help the Pioneers compete for a Division II district title next winter.

Carson Conley (6'1 PG / Licking Valley): Conley's Twitter handle is @HighlightCarson, which makes plenty of sense. A tough guard who plays with reckless abandon on both ends of the floor, Conley has been one of the more productive and underrated guards in the 2020 class for the last two years, leading Licking Valley in scoring and putting up quality numbers in the Licking County League. Getting to the rim at will and knocking down a few shots on Saturday, Conley was terrific for Mid Ohio Pumas Justice, nearly willing his team to a win over Ohio Varsity. Conley makes things happen with his effort and is a treat to watch each time out because his motor is consistent.

Jake Warinner (6'3 WG / Upper Arlington): After spending his first two years at New Albany, Warinner moved across town to Upper Arlington this summer and with the way he played for Mid Ohio Pumas Beard on Saturday, he should be able to instantly help the Golden Bears on both ends of the floor. A fairly athletic 6-foot-3 wing who is very versatile on each end, Warinner caught fire in the second half and seemed to be unable to miss from all over the floor. A knockdown shooter who finishes at a fairly high level at the rim, Warinner showed why he is one of the very best wing prospects in his class. With an ability to knock down shots, move without the ball and defend on the wing and in the post, Warinner will plug right into UA's system and should help the Golden Bears to compete for league and district titles this winter.

Dalton Mischal (6'3 WF / Greenfield McClain): A player just outside of the Central District, Mischal deserves a mention here for his amazing motor, which was the best that we saw all day. Playing extremely hard on both ends, Mischal never stopped working on Saturday, boxing out, defending, cutting, rebounding, scoring, assisting, communicating and doing literally everything that correlates to winning in leading Mid Ohio Pumas Beard to a victory. A player that we saw prior to his freshman season a few years back, Mischal has added to his game and gotten much stronger, and while he may be an undersized four at the next level, Mischal just knows how to play and will be a guy that you can count to have a positive +/- each time he's on the floor for your team.
